@article{oai:gifu-pu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00012606, author = {伊藤, 裕子 and イトウ, ユウコ and ITO, Yuko}, journal = {岐阜藥科大學紀要, The annual proceedings of Gifu College of Pharmacy}, month = {Jun}, note = {P(論文), 人の健康を守るため,安全性の高い食品を確保することは,食品衛生上の最重要目標の一つであり,その一環として食品中に残留する抗菌性物質の検査は不可欠である。本研究では,衛生行政検査システムの構築を考慮し,抗菌性物質のうち使用量の多いテトラサイクリン系抗生物質(TCs),ペニシリン系抗生物質(PCs),サルファ剤(Sas)の理化学的分析法を確立した。すなわち,定量法については,保健所などでも容易に実施可能なUV-HPLC法を用い,また,同定法については,より高感度で精密な分析が可能なLC/MS/MS法を用いた。まず,オキシテトラサイクリンをはじめとする4種のTCsについて,これまで困難であった牛組織中のTCsの精密同定法を開発した。また,弱酸性PCsのうちベンジルペニシリンをはじめとする6種のPCsについて,牛組織中のPCsの定量法及び高感度かつ信頼性の高い精密同定法を確立した。更に,Sasのうち使用頻度の高い10種類について,牛,豚等の肝臓,腎臓中の定量法及び精密同定法を確立した。本研究により,畜産食品に残留する抗菌性物質を簡易に定量し,更に高感度精密同定する検査システムが確立されたことから,食品検査の量と質の向上が期待される。, One of the major roles of public health agencies is to ensure safe products for consumers through analysis of residual antibiotics and antibacterials in livestock products. In this study, the chemical analytical methods were established for tetracyclines (TCs), penicillins (PCs) and sulphonamides (Sas), which have been widely used for livestock as veterinary drugs. Taking into consideration their application in the inspection systems by the prefectural government, UV-HPLC, which is commonly used in health centers, was selected as the determination method, and LC/MS/MS, which was used for the highly sensitive analyse, was employed as a confirmation method. We established a simultaneous confirmation method for four kinds of TCs in bovine tissues. Both the simultaneous determination method and a highly sensitive identification method of six kinds of weak acid PCs in bovine tissues were developed. Multiresidue analytical methods were also developed for the simultaneous determination and confirmation of SAS in animal liver and kidney. In the present study, the combined use of a simple and reproducible determination and the highly sensitive and precise confirmation of residual antibiotics and antibacterials in livestock products was successfully established for the inspection system.
