Thus, continuous monitoring is essential. However, the measurement is only done once an hour by using a batch analyzer etc. at present. The author et al. developed the \"micro continuous flow analyzer\", in which the sample is continuously injected as a stream into a continuous reagent stream at a lower flow rate, the reaction is performed in a small tube, and the reaction product at a steady state can be detected. The analyzer uses the flow rates of one tenth to one hundredth of conventional continuous flow analyzers, and its merits are that only a small amount of reagent is required for measurement and the completely continuous measurement is possible.
