 note = {P(論文), Recently in Korea, a lot of digestive enzyme preparations have been manufactured and used. The enzyme activities in these preparations, α-amylase, protease, cellulase, lipase, and the disintegration tests, in vitro were investigated. In pH 6,9 out of these preparations generally showed the excellent α-amylase activities. Acid and alkaline protease activities were weak, and lipase activities were low excect for two preparations, too. Cellulase activities were good. The disintegration of all uncoated tablets was not good. From the result of the test, it seems that the enzyme activities and disintegration of these preparations are inferior to Japanese preparations.},
