The order of intensity was as follows : TPD>TPP> VB_1. 4) In the contraction of rat's phrenic nerve-diaphram preparation by indirect stimulation, these substances showed a decrease seems to be a curare-like action in a concentration of 5×l0^<-3>M, but an increase in l0^<-3>M. Their potentiation for the contraction was more remarkable by the pretreatment of DFP, one of potent cholinesterase inhibitors, or in the fatigued preparation. On the other hand, the effect of these substances was somewhat or little in the contraction by direct stimulation. 5) Analgesic activity of these substances was found somewhat or little in rabbits subjected to dental pulp-stimulation method. 6) These substances didn't affect the ED_<50> value of morphine in mice.}, pages = {54--69}, title = {<原報>ビタミンB_1およびその関連化合物の薬理作用}, volume = {20}, year = {1971} }
