The order of intensity was as follows : TPD>TPP> VB_1. 4) In the contraction of rat's phrenic nerve-diaphram preparation by indirect stimulation, these substances showed a decrease seems to be a curare-like action in a concentration of 5×l0^<-3>M, but an increase in l0^<-3>M. Their potentiation for the contraction was more remarkable by the pretreatment of DFP, one of potent cholinesterase inhibitors, or in the fatigued preparation.
