| 値 | Cancer chemotherapy has been devised as a combination therapy due to advances in supportive care, and its effectiveness is improving day by day. For gastric cancer therapy, a novel anticancer drug such as nivoluumab having a mechanism of action different from that of a cell-killing antitumor drug or molecular target drug is currently available. Herein, we reported effectiveness of nivoluumab on gastric cancer patient with right ventricular metastasis that was found undergoing chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Our team consisting of doctors, pharmacists, and other medial stuffs was able to respond to irAE, continue treatment, control the lesion, and improve symptoms of the patient. | |||||
