| 内容記述 | 和サンキライおよびサンキライの水性エキスについて, その抗アレルギー作用が検討された。抗アレルギー作用の試験は, マウスの耳を用いるpassive cutaneous anaphylaxis法で行われた。その結果, 和サンキライは50mg/kg以上の投与によって, サンキライは100mg/kg以上の投与によって, 共に抗アレルギー作用を有することが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A study was carried out to examine the effects of Smilax china L..and Smilax glabra L.. On Type I allergic reaction. The aqueous extracts of them were administered into abdominal cavities of mice and the anti-allergic activities were evaluated by 48-hr homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis elicited in ears of mice. As a result, the reactions were suppressed by the administrations of more than 50 mg/kg of Smilax china L..and more than 100 mg/kg of Smilax glabra L.., respectively. | |||||
