| 内容記述 | 水質汚濁防止法が施行される以前は, 工場排水は無処理のまま放流されているものが殆んどであった。そのため河川は汚濁を高めていたが, 当時の放流水質についての資料は極めて少ない。著者らは当時, 岐阜県公害防止条例が公布されたので, 条例対象工場のうち岐阜市内に存在する全工場について排水調査を実施した。その結果を示す。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Before the control by the Law of Water Pollution Prevention, most of the effluents from the factories were discharged without treatment. Qualities of river waters had been deteriorated rapidly, but we could not have found any data of water quality at that time. The authors investigated the effluent qualities from all of the regulated factories in Gifu City. | |||||
