| 内容記述 | 近年,日本において医食同源,薬膳というものが注目を集めている。そこで日本における歴史的背景を明らかにし,その関わりと役割について考察を行った。日本の伝統的な行事や風習に深く関わりを持ってきた料理やお菓子の中に,現在の薬膳に繋がる一定の規則性を垣間見ることが出来た。この薬膳の考えは現代の自然志向にも対応しており,今後益々注目されるものと思われた。今後も薬膳に関する考察を通じて,食生活の面からの健康を考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years m Japan, "Ishoku-dougen" and "Yaku-zen" have attracted attention. In this paper the historical background in Japan was clarified and relation and the role were also considered. The same idea as the present "Yaku-zen" is able to be seen in the dish which brought relation to a traditional event and traditional customs of Japan. The idea of this "Yaku-zen" corresponds also to the present-day natural intention and it is thought that it would be observed increasingly from now on. I want to also consider health from the field of eating habits in consideration of "Yaku-zen". | |||||
